What type of hair do you sell?

We offer two luxurious collections — Raw Vietnamese Hair and Virgin Hair.

  • Raw Vietnamese Hair:
    100% authentic hair cut directly from a single donor. It’s unprocessed, unaltered, and chemical-free — the purest form of hair available.
    • Available in lengths 18”–30”
    • Textures: Straight and Natural Wavy
    • Can be colored up to 613 blonde with professional care
  • Virgin Hair:
    High-quality hair that undergoes light, non-harmful steam processing to create consistent textures such as Body Wave, Loose Curl, and Deep Wave.
    • Can be colored up to Honey Blonde (27)
    • Soft, versatile, and easy to maintain

 

How long is shipping?

We ship Monday through Friday using FedEx 1–2 Day Shipping.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping time begins once your order has finished processing.

 

What are your processing times?

Processing takes 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Once processing is complete, your order will ship immediately. (This does not include weekends or holidays). 

Example:

If you place your order on Monday, it will be processed Tuesday–Wednesday and shipped out on Thursday.


Why is there a processing period before shipping?

Processing time allows us to verify and validate all payment information to protect our customers from unauthorized transactions.

We take this extra step to ensure every order is secure and verified before it leaves our facility.

 

How long does the hair last?

  • Raw Hair: With proper care and maintenance, our Raw Vietnamese Hair lasts on average 3–5 years. Be sure to follow our recommended hair care tips to maintain its longevity and natural luster.
  • Virgin Hair: Our Virgin Hair typically lasts up to 12 months with proper care and maintenance.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us immediately — we’re committed to making it right.

 

Do you have hair on hand?

Yes! We do have select items on hand, and they ship within 3 business days.

If an item is in stock, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

 

We also accept pre-orders on certain textures and lengths. Pre-order items typically arrive within 7–12 business days after your order is placed.

Each product listing will specify whether it is in stock (on hand) or available for pre-order, so you always know what to expect before purchasing.
