Refund policy

Her Luxury Extensions Refund Policy:

At Her Luxury Extensions, we place authenticity and integrity above everything else. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

All products are accurately described and carefully inspected before shipping. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your product within 48 hours of receiving your items—no hassle, no charge to you.

A prepaid return label is included in your packaging. Simply attach the label and take your return to your nearest FedEx location.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that:

• Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed).
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
