At Her Luxury Extensions, we take pride in processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing times allow us to verify payment details and ensure accuracy before your order ships.

Shipping Method:

We ship all orders via FedEx 1–2 Day Shipping (business days only).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

All bundle deals include free shipping within the U.S.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. All orders require adult signature confirmation upon delivery.

Pre-Orders:

If an item is listed as Pre-Order, please allow 7–12 business days for your hair to arrive before shipping. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Her Luxury Extensions is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact FedEx directly with your tracking number for assistance.
